CONTRAINDICATIONS

• Retinoids, AHA, BHA, etc. (discontinue 7 days prior to BioRePeel, otherwise, some flaking and increased tingling may occur)

• Allergies to Aspirin

• Antibiotics, may increase skin sensitivies

• Active bacterial, viral, fungal or herpetic infection

• Open wounds

• Pre-existing inflammatory dermatosis (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus, etc.)

• Skin cancer, without being cancer free for a period of 3 years and direct written notice from physician

• Pregnancy or nursing

• History of drugs with photo-sensitizing potential

• Use of Accutane within the last 6 -8 months

• Underwent any kind of surgery and not fully recovered

Prior to Treatment (avoid 14 days prior to treatment date)

• Avoid any exfoliating agents such as AHAs, BHAs, Vitamin A, Retinoids/Tretinoin,

• Avoid any waxing, hair removal, or hair bleaching

• Avoid UV or extended sun exposure

Post Treatment Instructions (avoid 14 days after treatment date)

• Avoid makeup application if possible for 24-48 hours following your appointment

• Avoid AHAs, BHAs, and all retinoids

• Avoid waxing, hair removal, or hair bleaching

• Avoid swimming and steam saunas

• Avoid sunbeds, tanning, or self-tanning

• Keep the skin hydrated and moisturized, follow the AM/PM regimen assigned

• After the treatment, it is utmost important to wear a high broad spectrum SPF cream to protect your skin from sun damage and maintain best results
